Terms of Use

These terms apply to Torqy's Highway Run (the "Game"), made by TorqueTrail, Ambad-Trimurti link road, Nashik 422010, Maharashtra, India. By installing or playing the Game you agree to them, and to the Google Play Terms of Service, which govern how you get the Game and pay for purchases.

1. Playing the Game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Game, or use cheats, mods or automation to manipulate leaderboards or purchases.

2. Coins, the Torqy Pass and other purchases

• Coins are earned by playing or bought in coin packs. They're a virtual item with no cash value: they can't be exchanged for money, transferred between players, or redeemed outside the Game.
• The Torqy Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks two bonus chapters, the Royal Saffron skin and +50% coins from runs. It's tied to the Google account you bought it with and is restored automatically when you reinstall.
• Purchases never change a run's score, so leaderboards stay fair.
• Payments, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. Consumed coin packs are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. If a purchase didn't arrive, see Support.

3. Your progress

Your progress and coins are saved on your device only. If you uninstall the Game, clear its data, or lose or replace your phone, local progress and unspent coins can't be recovered by us, because we never had a copy. The Torqy Pass, as a Google Play purchase, is restored from your Google account.

4. Leaderboards and achievements

Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Google Play Games Services and are subject to Google's terms. We may remove scores that are clearly the result of cheating or exploits.

5. Content and ownership

Torqy, the Game's characters, art, music, sounds and code belong to TorqueTrail. "Google Play" and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Landmarks in the Game are stylised, fictional depictions.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or rebalance the Game (for example, adding chapters or adjusting prices) and may stop offering it. We'll try to give notice in the Game or on this site before discontinuing anything you've paid for.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
