The short version

  • We collect no data. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no tracking, no ads.
  • Your progress (coins, stars, skins, settings) is saved only on your phone. We don't run a server for the game and never receive it.
  • The only outside services are Google's: Google Play Games Services for leaderboards and achievements, and Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. Google handles that data under Google's own privacy policy, not us.

1. Who we are

Torqy's Highway Run (the "Game", Android package com.torquetrail.highwayrun) is made by TorqueTrail ("we", "us"), Ambad-Trimurti link road, Nashik 422010, Maharashtra, India. This policy covers the Game and this website, torqy.world. For the TorqueTrail app, see the TorqueTrail Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

None. We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share any personal information or any information about how you use the Game. The Game has no account system, no analytics or crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK and no backend server of ours.

3. Data that stays on your device

To remember your game, the Game saves a small file in its private storage on your phone: your coin balance, chapter stars, best distances and scores, unlocked skins and achievements, which story scenes you've seen, and your sound setting. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the Game (or clearing its storage in Android Settings) deletes it.

4. Google Play services

The Game uses two Google services. They run inside Google Play on your phone and are operated by Google:

Google Play Games Services: leaderboards and achievements

If you sign in to Google Play Games, the Game sends your scores to Google's leaderboards and reports achievements you unlock. Google associates these with your Play Games profile, and your gamer name and scores may be visible to other players as set in your Play Games settings. You can play without signing in. You can manage or delete your Play Games profile in the Google Play Games app or at myaccount.google.com.

Google Play Billing: in-app purchases

Coin packs and the Torqy Pass are sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment; we never see your card, UPI or other payment details. The Game only checks with Google Play on your device that a purchase went through, so it can add your coins or unlock the Pass, and restores the Pass from your Google Play purchase history if you reinstall.

Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service. Google may also provide us, as the developer, with aggregated, non-identifying statistics such as install counts, crash rates and sales reports through the Google Play Console.

5. Permissions

The Game asks for no sensitive permissions. It does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files. It uses:

  • Internet and network state: for Google Play Games Services and Google Play Billing.
  • Google Play billing: to offer in-app purchases.
  • Vibration: requested by a Google Play services library; the Game itself doesn't vibrate your phone.

6. This website

torqy.world is a static website with no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Like any website, it is served through a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. If you email us, we use your email only to reply.

7. Children

The Game is a family-friendly cartoon game for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13 and, because we collect no personal data, we do not knowingly collect any from children. In-app purchases are protected by Google Play's own purchase approvals and parental controls, which we encourage parents to use.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. You control your local game data (uninstall or clear storage) and your Google data (through your Google account). If you have any question or concern, write to us and we'll help.

9. Changes

If the Game ever starts collecting data, we will update this policy before that change ships and say so in the Game's release notes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
