Open the Shop once with an internet connection: the Game checks Google Play for anything paid but not yet delivered and adds it. If a payment is "pending" (some UPI and cash methods), it arrives once Google confirms it. Still missing? Email us your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA., from your Google Play receipt).

Install the Game from Google Play with the same Google account and open it: the Pass is restored automatically from your Google Play purchase history.

Progress is saved only on your phone (we don't collect it, so we can't restore it). Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data, or switching phones starts a fresh save. The Torqy Pass is the exception: it comes back from your Google account.

Refunds are handled by Google Play. Within 48 hours of buying you can request one at play.google.com → Order history; after that, Google may still help through Google Play support, or email us and we'll look at it.

They use Google Play Games. Make sure you're signed in to Play Games on your phone and online. Achievements you unlock offline are saved and reported the next time you're signed in.

We don't hold any data about you. To delete your game progress, uninstall the Game or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps. To delete your leaderboard scores and achievements, delete your Play Games profile in the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings.

The Game automatically uses lighter graphics on phones with less memory. Closing other apps helps, and so does turning off battery saver while you play. If it still struggles, email us your phone model.
